Her priority areas include diet and health throughout the life cycle, food and nutrition decisions for youth, and food safety education for families and food-service workers.
Programs that she has offered to the community include Serv Safe, Strong Women, Family Fitness, Cooking for Crowds and On the Road to Living Well with Diabetes.
Currently, Campbell is a graduate degree candidate in Food and Nutrition at Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
