(:16) THE COURSE, CALLED "AGRICULTURAL AND FOOD VULNERABILITY ASSESSMENT TRAINING," WILL BE TAUGHT BY INSTRUCTORS CERTIFIED BY THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY. PENN STATE FOOD SAFETY SPECIALIST MARTIN BUCKNAVAGE SAYS PARTICIPANTS ARE TRAINED TO SPOT POTENTIAL WEAKNESSES FROM THE FIELD TO THE FACTORY:

(:18) "IT'S ALL THE WAY THROUGH THE WHOLE FOOD SYSTEM: BROKERS, FOOD PRODUCERS, UP INTO RETAIL -- ANYBODY THAT REALLY HANDLES, MANUFACTURES, PRODUCES FOOD.
